Check whether a player paid
Open the event's Host Dashboard, go to the Players tab and tap the player. The Payment: line in their details shows what they paid, when, and how. To see everyone who still owes, filter the list to Owes. You need to be the event's host or a club admin.
Read the Payment line
The Payment: line reads one of these:
Paid with the amount and date, then how they paid: online, card on file, card reader, or card entered by staff. Any tax is shown in brackets.
Paid with the amount with account credit, when club credit covered it.
Paid outside Good Game Sports, when someone recorded a cash or other payment we didn't take.
Refunded with the amount, or Paid plus the amount refunded for a partial refund.
No Payment: line means we have no payment for that registration. When your club can take payments, a Collect payment button shows instead. Tap it to charge them.
See everyone who still owes
On the Players tab, tap the Owes filter. On a narrow screen, the filters are in a dropdown.
The filter only appears when someone owes. Each of those players also has an orange badge with the amount owed. Tap the badge to collect.
When the player isn't in the event
A player who says they paid but isn't on the Players list is usually in one of these places:
On the waitlist. Waitlisted players aren't in the Players list. Open Manage waitlist from the Players tab menu.
Removed or withdrawn. Removing a player doesn't refund them, so their payment still counts as paid. Players removed after they had played show under the Withdrawn filter.
In another event or division. Check the event they meant to register for.
If your club has memberships turned on, the club owner can see every payment, including players no longer in any event. On your club page, open Billing & Reports, go to Transactions, and set For to Event registrations.
To give money back, see Refund a player's entry fee.
