Add the private event request form to your website
Embed your club's private event request form on your own website, or share its link, so companies and groups can ask for an event without calling you. Every club has the form; there is nothing to turn on.
You need to be a club admin to see the embed code.
Embed the form on your website
The embed shows your live form inside your page and grows to fit it, so you paste it once and never update it.
Open your club and go to Settings.
Under Your website, click Embed on your website.
Find Private event requests and click Copy code.
In your website builder, add an HTML (or embed) block where you want the form, and paste the code.
Publish your page and open it to check the form appears.
Click Preview next to Copy code to see the form on its own before you paste it.
If your website builder strips scripts, the form still works. It keeps a fixed height and scrolls inside its frame instead of growing to fit.
Share the form as a link
Use the link when you don't have a website page for events, or want to send the form by email or text.
In Settings > Embed on your website, find Private event requests.
Click Copy link and paste it wherever you need it.
You can also click Share form at the top of your Private events inbox to copy the same link.
What the form asks
The occasion: corporate outing, birthday party, social group, or other (with their own description).
The date, an optional start time, how many hours (half hours are fine), and roughly how many people.
What they're looking for, in their own words (optional).
Their name and email, plus an optional phone number and "Company or organization".
When they click Send request, they see a confirmation and get an email, and your club's admins and owner get an email about the new request. Visitors to your club page in the app also see a Book a private event link that opens the same form.
