Manage rounds and dates in Round Robin (Set Partners)
Use the Admin menu on the Matches tab to add rounds, date them, relabel them, clear one, and choose how the schedule is displayed.
Add rounds
Appends new rounds after your current schedule without touching existing matches or scores.
Tap the admin button.
Select Add Rounds.
Choose how many rounds to add.
Confirm.
New rounds are built from the current groups. If you have multiple groups and want the new rounds to mix teams across them, enable cross-group play when regenerating instead — see Edit groups and regenerate.
Manage round dates
Give each round a date and time so the schedule matches when teams actually play.
Tap the admin button.
Select Manage Round Dates.
Tap a round card and set its date and time.
Use X to clear a date.
Save.
This format uses round dates rather than the play-date system found in rotating partner leagues. You date each round individually, and rounds sharing a date group together in the By Date view.
Change the round label
Rounds are labelled Round 1, Round 2, and so on. You can swap the word for something that fits your event, such as Week, Session, or Night.
Tap the admin button.
Select Change Round Label.
Enter the new label and save.
Clear a round
Tap the admin button.
Select Clear Round.
Choose the round and confirm.
You can clear any round, not only the most recent, which lets you redo an earlier round without wiping later ones.
Clearing deletes every match and score in that round and cannot be undone. Clearing a round that is not the latest leaves a gap in the numbering — clear Round 2 while keeping Round 3 and your rounds read 1, 3, 4.
Organize matches by round or by date
Tap the admin button.
Select Organize Matches.
Choose By Round to step through one round at a time, or By Date to group all rounds sharing a date.
Save.
By Date suits a league running across several sessions; By Round suits a single-day event.
League availability
On a league, teams opt in or out for upcoming sessions rather than checking in on the day. Set your round dates first, because the opt-in deadline counts back from each round date.
Opted-out teams appear in the Excluded section of the group editor, and teams that never respond are treated as opted out once the deadline passes.
For deadlines, reminders and host controls, see League opt-in.
