Offer monthly, quarterly or annual billing on a membership tier
A paid tier can offer several billing cycles at once (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually and Custom), each with its own price. Members pick one when they join.
Only the club owner can create or edit tiers. A paid tier needs Stripe connected for the dues to go to.
Turn on a billing cycle
Go to Members > Tiers & plans.
Open the tier, or click New tier.
In Pricing, leave Free tier off and choose Recurring dues.
Turn on the switch beside each cycle you want to offer: Monthly, Quarterly, Annually or Custom.
Enter an Amount (USD) for each cycle you turned on.
Click Save (or Create for a new tier).
A new tier starts with only Monthly turned on. A cycle that's switched off shows Not offered, and members can't choose it.
For Custom, also fill in Every how many days?, from 1 to 730.
Changing the price of a tier members already hold
Current members keep the price they joined at, and only new joins pay the new price. To move everyone to a new price, create a new tier and close the old one with Deactivate tier.
One-time tiers
Choose One-time instead of Recurring dues for something charged once, like a day pass. A one-time tier has a single Price and no billing cycles, and you set how long it lasts under Membership duration.
