Log out, switch accounts, or sign up a family member
To log out, open the Profile tab, tap the gear icon, scroll to the bottom and tap Logout. To use a different account, log out and sign in with the other one. There's no switcher for family members. Instead, you add them under Family in the same settings and register them for events from your own account.
Log out
Open the Profile tab.
Tap the gear icon to open settings.
Scroll down and tap Logout.
Tap Logout again to confirm.
Switch to another account
The app holds one signed-in account at a time. Log out, then sign in with the other account's email, Google or Apple login. Anything you see as a club admin belongs to the account you're signed in with, so log out first on a shared device.
Delete Account sits just below Logout in settings. Deleting removes your account. Logging out only signs you out of this device.
Add a family member
Add your children, a spouse or partner, or another adult you sign up for events. Their events show in My Events alongside your own, and their emails come to you. Children under 13 can only take part through a parent or guardian's account.
Open the Profile tab and tap the gear icon.
Tap Family.
Tap Add family member.
Choose the Relationship (Child, Spouse or partner or Other adult).
Fill in their first name, last name and Birthday. Gender (optional) can be left blank, but that keeps them out of gender-restricted divisions.
For a child, tick the box confirming you are their parent or legal guardian.
Tap Add family member to save.
A child must be 17 or under, and an adult 18 or over. To connect a family member's own DUPR account, open them again on the Family page after you've added them.
Register a family member for an event
Start registering for the event as usual. Under Who is this registration for?, pick the family member instead of Me. Prices and eligibility are based on that player, and you pay. A parent or guardian accepts the club's waiver for a child. An adult family member accepts it themselves.
Household members with their own accounts
Some clubs link people who each have their own account into a household. They appear under Household at the club's name on the Family page. Each person still signs in with their own account. The household shares packages bought for it, and the front desk can check you in together. Tap Leave household to leave it.
