Move your members over from CourtReserve
We bring your existing members over from CourtReserve for you. You send us your CourtReserve member export, we import it with you on a call, and each member gets a membership waiting for them at your club with their tier, renewal date, credit and balance. They claim it with one tap, and you follow everyone's progress on the Migration tab under Members.
Before the import
Create your tiers first. Every membership type in the export is matched to one of your tiers, so they need to exist in Members > Tiers & plans.
Export your member list. An Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file up to 10MB, exactly as CourtReserve gives it.
Decide who counts as a member. A CourtReserve export includes your whole contact list. By default we import only people on a membership type. People with no type, or marked inactive, come over only if you tell us they're members.
How the import works
We read the file and show you who will be imported.
We match each CourtReserve membership type to one of your tiers, or to your default free tier. Check these carefully: a member on the wrong tier is charged the wrong amount at renewal.
We review the result with you, then import.
Nobody is charged during the import, and no email goes out until invitations are sent. If you import a file again, people already imported are updated in place, never invited twice.
Importing doesn't touch CourtReserve. Cancel these memberships in CourtReserve before their next renewal dates, or members will be billed by both systems.
How members claim their membership
Each member gets an email invitation. They follow the link, sign in or create an account, and tap Claim my membership. They land on their own renewal date and owe only what they already owed. A renewal date that has already passed rolls forward, so nobody is billed for time before they claimed.
Members who sign in with a verified email address that matches the one you have on file are offered their membership even without the link. Invitation links expire after a while. A member with an expired link can tap Email me a new link.
Track who is left
The Migration tab appears beside Players & Members while a migration is running. Under Who is left it groups members still to migrate:
Waiting on them: invitation sent and the link still works.
Not emailed yet: imported, but no invitation has gone out.
Link expired: sent and unclaimed. Send them a fresh one.
No email address: they join at the front desk.
Said it was not them: they followed the link and declined. Worth a call.
Click See all to open the full list. Pick a group such as Not emailed, Link expired or Waiting to send everyone in it their invitation at once, or search for one member by name, email or member number.
At the desk, open a member's row in Players & Members and choose Migrate at the desk. You check their details, take their waiver if needed, and save their card on the reader.
The Money carried over panel shows credit and balances moved so far. Anything still waiting belongs to someone who hasn't claimed yet.
Finish the migration
When you're done chasing people, click Mark migration complete. The tab moves under Billing & Reports and nothing is deleted. Unclaimed invitations keep working, and Reopen the migration puts the tab back.
