Create or edit a membership tier
Create a tier from Members > Tiers & plans with New tier, or click an existing tier to edit it. Each tier has its own price, joining fee, member discounts, booking limits and rules for who can join. Only the club owner can create or edit tiers, and a paid tier needs Stripe connected.
Every section is optional except the name. Click Create (or Save) at the top when you're done.
Name and describe it
Under General, enter the Tier name, an optional Short code (badge) shown on rosters, and a description for players. To fill the page faster, paste what you advertise (for example "2 punches a month on court time or open play, $45/mo") into Describe it and click Fill in the rest. On an existing tier this replaces the current setup. Nothing saves until you click Create or Save.
Set the price
Free tier: no billing. Free tiers can't carry benefits.
Recurring dues or One-time: pick the billing cycles a recurring tier offers, or set a single price for a one-time purchase such as a day pass. See Offer monthly, quarterly or annual billing on a membership tier.
Initiation fee, one-time (USD): for recurring tiers only. It is charged when someone joins the tier or rejoins after canceling, never on renewals. Turn on Charge when switching from another paid tier to charge it to members moving up from another paid tier too.
Includes the day pass: holders skip your club's day pass at events that charge one. The event's own entry fee still applies, at this tier's rate.
Family membership: one membership covers several household members.
Changing the price of a tier people already hold only affects new joins. Current members keep the price they joined at. To move everyone to a new price, create a new tier and retire the old one.
Give members discounts
Under Benefits (paid tiers only), tap Events, Court bookings or Coaching. Court add-ons also appears once your club sells add-ons. Enter a percentage (%) or dollars off ($), either with Apply to all or one by one (by category, court or lesson type). Anything left blank stays at its normal price.
Included events (inside Events) lets the dues cover a number of events, resetting at each billing or each month.
Punches are for a benefit that spans more than one thing, such as "2 punches, on court time or open play". They reset when the member is next billed.
Private event discount % comes off private event proposals. See Give members a discount on private events.
Under Portal display, list any extra perks one per line. The preview shows the tier card as players see it.
Set booking limits
Play privileges override your club's reservation rules for this tier: Advance booking, Max active bookings, Bookings per day, Bookings per week (a week runs Sunday to Saturday), Max booking length and Free cancellation. Leave one on Club default to follow the club. For lessons, set a Lesson booking window (days) and Max upcoming lessons.
Control who can join and for how long
Signup window: the dates new members can join, such as a founders tier.
Membership duration: Minimum commitment (months) stops members canceling or moving to a cheaper tier themselves until it ends (staff can still end it). Expires after (days) and Ends on (date) end memberships automatically, dropping members to the default free tier.
Age restriction and Prerequisite tier limit who is eligible.
Availability
Public on portal and Allow self-signup: let players see and join it. Turn them off for a tier only staff assign.
Max members and Pause new signups (waitlist): new signups join a waitlist when the tier is full or paused.
Requires approval: new joins wait in Members > Approvals.
Allow member self-change and Allow pause: let members change, cancel or pause their plan themselves.
A tier nobody holds can be removed with Delete tier. If anyone has ever held it, it is deactivated instead. A tier with members shows Deactivate tier, which stops new joins. Current members keep their membership until you move them.
