How Payouts Work
After your tournament ends, Good Game Sports automatically calculates and sends your payout. This article explains how payouts work and what to expect.
Your club must have a linked Stripe account before you can receive payouts.
Set up payouts
Go to your Club Page and open Payment Processing.
Click Link Stripe Account.
Complete Stripe verification for your business details, bank account, and tax info.
Wait for Stripe verification to complete.
You only need to do this once per club.
Payout timeline
Once the end date of the tournament passes, the payout is initiated 2 days later. Allow 3 to 5 business days for the transfer to complete after it is initiated.
The entire process is automatic. No action is needed after the tournament ends.
Refunds and their impact
If you issue a refund to a player, that amount is subtracted from your payout. Processing fees are not refunded to players.
Troubleshooting

Payout amount seems low | Check whether refunds were issued. Refunds are deducted from gross revenue. |
