Message players in a DUPR rating range
To message only players in a DUPR rating range, open Contact on your club page, click Filter by tier, status, join date, balance or DUPR, set a range under DUPR rating and click Apply. The recipient count then shows exactly how many people will get the message.
You need to be a club admin.
Set a rating range
On your club page, open Contact. The Contact players page opens on Compose.
Click Filter by tier, status, join date, balance or DUPR. The Filter recipients window opens.
Under DUPR rating, choose a band: Up to 3.0, 3.0–3.5, 3.5–4.0, 4.0–4.5 or 4.5+. Or pick your own Min and Max, from 2.0 to 8.0 in steps of 0.25, leaving one on Any to keep that end open.
Click Apply.
The count under the message updates, for example "12 people will receive this". To change the filter later, click Edit, or Clear to remove it.
How matching works
Both ends of a range are included, so a player rated exactly 3.5 matches 3.0–3.5 and 3.5–4.0.
A player's rating is their latest DUPR rating. If they have none, or your club chose to use its own estimated ratings, your club's estimate is used instead.
Players with no rating are left out while a range is set.
Only people on your roster who have an account can match a filter.
The DUPR section in the same window filters by DUPR account: Connected, ID given, not connected or No DUPR. Combine it with a rating range to narrow further.
The filter narrows whoever you picked under Audience.
