Export your player list to a spreadsheet
Export your registrations as a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets — for check-in sheets, name tags, shirt orders, or your own records. You choose which columns come out.
Export the list
Open the event and click Host Dashboard.
In the registrations section, click Export All Registration Data, or the download icon beside the registration list.
In Select Export Columns, tick the columns you want. Use Select All to take everything.
Click Export.
On the web the file downloads straight away. On a phone or tablet the share sheet opens so you can mail it to yourself or save it to Files. It arrives named after your event and the date you exported it.
Columns you can include
Name, email, phone, partner, gender, and divisions are ticked by default. The rest are there when you need them:
DUPR ID and DUPR Rating
Anchor Rating
Skill Level
T-Shirt Size — the one to add before you place a merchandise order
Payment Info, on events that use Good Game Sports registration
The file holds your players' contact details. Treat it the way you would any member list — send it only to people who run your events, and delete old copies.
If nothing exports
An event with no registrations yet has nothing to write, and tells you so instead of producing an empty file. Add players first — see Add players to your event.
