Sell punch passes and packages
A package is a prepaid bundle players buy once, such as "5 Open Plays" or "10 hours of court time". Create one in Members > Packages with New package. Players buy it from Packages on your club page, then use a pass at checkout when they register for an eligible event, or use their hours when they book a court.
Packages are part of memberships, so your club needs memberships switched on. A paid package needs Stripe connected.
Create a package
On your club page, open Members and go to Packages.
Click New package and enter a Package name and description.
Under Pricing, choose Passes (a set number of passes) or Hours of court time (a pool of hours), then enter the Price (USD).
For a passes package, use Passes cover to tick what passes can be spent on: event types or categories, Court bookings or Lessons. Use Specific events (optional) to add individual events. An hours package always covers court time only, so this step is skipped.
Under Who can buy, pick Everyone, Club members or Specific tiers.
Under Availability, set Expires after (days), blank means passes never expire if passes should run out, then click Create package.
Options worth knowing
Max value per pass (USD), blank covers in full: caps what one pass is worth. On a pricier event the player pays the difference. Leave it blank and a pass covers any eligible event in full.
An hours package is counted in time, not money: a two-hour booking uses two hours whatever the court costs. If too few hours are left, the player pays for the rest.
Includes the day pass: only shown if your club charges a day pass. On means one pass pays the day pass, and event fees are still charged. Off means a pass pays an event fee, and the day pass is charged on top.
Buyer pays the processing fee: off means the buyer pays exactly the listed price and the club covers the fees.
Price the package below the total of single entries to give players the discount. Ticking an event type covers every event of that type, including ones you add later.
How players buy and use passes
The player opens your club page and taps Packages. Someone who hasn't joined your club is asked to join first.
They pick a package under Available packages and pay. Passes are ready right after payment.
When registering for an eligible event, they choose to use a pass at checkout. When booking a court, they tick the option to use their hours package.
If a booking is canceled, the pass or hours it used are handed back.
Share passes with a household
A member in a household can buy a package for Just me, Everyone in my household, or one person in it. Shared passes can be spent by anyone in the household. A household is the people on a family membership, plus members staff link together from a member's profile with Link a member with their own account.
To offer household sharing first, turn on Suggest sharing with the household in Members > Settings. Members can still pick just themselves.
Give or sell passes at the desk
Open a member's profile and click Grant package.
Pick one of your packages or a Custom package.
Choose Free, Charge their card (the card on file), or Post to their account to add it to their balance to settle later.
Each package's row in Packages shows how many sold. Tap it to see buyers and passes issued, redeemed and outstanding.
Punches are different: they're a benefit included in a membership tier's dues, set under the tier's Benefits, and reset each time the member is billed.
