Set up your club waiver and check who signed it
Your club has one waiver, and it covers every event you host. The club owner writes it on the club page under Settings > Documents > Waiver. Players accept it when they register for your events, and when they join the club if you use memberships. To see whether someone signed, tap them on the event's Players tab and read the Waiver row.
There is no waiver setting on an individual event.
Write or change the waiver
Only the club owner can edit the waiver. Staff admins don't see the Documents section.
Open your club page and go to Settings.
Under Documents, tap Waiver.
Type or paste your waiver text (up to 20,000 characters).
Optional: under Waiver PDF (optional), tap Upload PDF to attach your own signed or lawyer-drafted copy.
Tap Save waiver.
The text is what players read and accept. A PDF doesn't replace it: players see a View PDF link next to the text. Use Replace PDF or Remove to change the attachment.
To stop asking for a waiver, clear the text and save. Players then aren't asked to sign a waiver when they join or register. If your club also has Terms & Conditions, players still agree to those.
What players see, and when
Registering themselves: the review step shows your waiver with a checkbox. They can't finish registering until they agree. A parent or guardian accepts it for a child. An adult family member accepts it themselves.
Already accepted at join: a member who accepted the waiver when joining your club sees Waiver already signed with the date instead of a new checkbox.
Added by a host: you can't sign for someone you add. The next time they open the event in the app, a Sign waiver window opens. They must sign to take part. It has a View full waiver link and a Sign button.
Private events: a guest who hasn't signed shows Waiver not signed · Sign now under their name on the Players tab. Tap it and hand them your device to sign.
Check a player's waiver status
Open the event and go to the Host Dashboard.
On the Players tab, tap the player's name.
Read the Waiver row.
The row reads Signed with the date, Signed at join for a member who accepted it when joining the club, or Not signed. Not signed usually means a host added the player and they haven't opened the event since. Only hosts and club admins see this row.
For a member, their club profile under Players & Members also shows when they accepted the waiver. To check everyone in an event at once, export the player list with the Waiver column. See Export your player list to a spreadsheet.
