Run a report on your club
Club reports live in the Reports tab of Billing & Reports: Overview, Event performance, Retention, Status, Aged fees and Declines. Each one exports to a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Billing & Reports is for the club owner, and it appears on clubs that have memberships turned on.
Open a report
Open your club and click Billing & Reports.
Click the Reports tab.
Click the report you want. Overview opens first.
For Overview or Event performance, pick the period in the bar above the report. It starts on this month.
Retention, Status, Aged fees and Declines show your club as it stands today, so they have no period to pick.
What each report shows
Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
Overview | Your club's key figures for the period |
Event performance | Each event in the period: date, type, how many registered against its capacity, and how full it got |
Retention | Members who joined and left each month, net change, churn and active members |
Status | Your members by membership status, new and lost members, and how they split across tiers |
Aged fees | Members with overdue balances, grouped by how long they have been overdue |
Declines | Failed membership payments, with the member, tier, amount, date and retries |
Export a report to a spreadsheet
Click Export CSV above the report. The button is greyed out or missing while a report has nothing in it.
On the web the file downloads straight away. On a phone or tablet the share sheet opens so you can save or send it.
Export an event's players or standings
To get an event's registrations into a spreadsheet, use the Host Dashboard: see Export your player list to a spreadsheet.
Standings can't be exported to a file yet. They're on the event's Standings tab.
