Clear or delete rounds
To remove rounds you generated, open the Admin menu on the event's Matches tab and choose Clear Round, then tick the rounds to clear. Clearing deletes every match, score and court assignment in those rounds. Players and partners stay. To remove a round that has no matches at all, use the red trash icon next to the round name instead.
You need to be the event's host or a club admin.
Clearing can't be undone. There is no way to get cleared matches or scores back, so check which rounds are ticked before you confirm.
Clear one or more rounds
Open the event and go to the Matches tab, on the division you're changing.
Tap Admin and choose Clear Round.
Tick the rounds to clear, or use Select All. Each round shows how many matches it has and whether it Has Scores or has No Scores.
Tap the red button (for example Clear 2 Rounds).
Read the warning. It lists what will be deleted, including which rounds' scores will be lost.
Tap the red button to confirm (for example DELETE 2 ROUNDS).
Unscored rounds at the end of the schedule are ticked for you.
Which rounds you can clear
Tournaments and other non-league events: rounds are cleared from the last round down. Ticking a round also ticks every round after it, so you can't remove a round from the middle and keep the later ones.
Leagues: rounds are grouped by play date. You can tick any single round, a whole date, or Select All Dates. Later rounds keep their matches.
Format differences
Ladder formats (Ladder League, Up and Down the River, Humpty Dumpty, Cream of the Crop, Crazy 8's, Pecking Order): turn off auto-generation first, or you'll see Auto-Generation Active. Clearing Round 1 also clears the division's standings.
Brackets: there are no rounds to clear one at a time. Use Clear Knockout Bracket in the Admin menu, which removes every bracket match. See Editing bracket matches.
Round Robin to Bracket: clearing the bracket leaves pool matches and scores alone. See Clear and regenerate the bracket in Round Robin to Bracket.
Open Play: use Clear Games in the Admin menu. When games are grouped by play date it reads Clear Week (or your round name) and clears only the date you're viewing.
Delete an empty round
Use this when you added one round too many and it has no matches. It's offered in tournaments and other non-league events, when you're viewing the last round.
On the Matches tab, go to the last round with the arrows.
Tap the red trash icon next to the round name.
Tap Delete.
When several rounds at the end are empty, you can delete all of them or only the last one (Only Round 5, for example). Players no longer see deleted rounds. Round 1 is never deleted this way.
