Getting started with private events
Private events let companies, groups and organizations book a structured event at your club: they request it from your website, you send a priced proposal, they sign and pay online, and you run the night with sign-ups, check-in and real matches. Private events are included in your Good Game Sports plan.
You need to be a club admin, and your club needs a connected Stripe account to take card payments.
How a private event works, step by step
Set up once. Add the private event request form to your website.
A request comes in. Manage private event requests in your inbox.
Price it. Build a private event proposal, starting from your proposal templates.
They sign and pay. How organizers sign and pay for a private event.
Set up the event. Create the private event from a signed proposal, then plan courts and round times with Deuce and create an event order (BEO) for your staff.
Run the night. Run a private event: sign-ups, check-in and matches.

What the organizer and guests see
Organizers only ever use links: the request form, the proposal they sign and pay from, and pay links for extras. Guests sign up from the event's invite link or QR code with their name, email and your waiver. Neither needs a GGS account or the app.
