Create a Rotating Partner Round Robin event from CourtReserve
Create a Round Robin (Rotating Partners) event from an existing CourtReserve event so registrations stay linked and keep syncing into Good Game Sports.
Use this path when players register in CourtReserve. Players enter as individuals and change partners each round — there is no partner field at registration. For how the format works, including Mixed Gender Rotating Partners, see How Rotating Partner Round Robin works.
[!WARNING] An event created directly in Good Game Sports cannot be linked to CourtReserve later. If you want registration sync, you must start from CourtReserve.
Before you start
Club owner access in Good Game Sports
CourtReserve admin access
A CourtReserve plan with API access (Scale or Enterprise)
The event already created in CourtReserve
If the integration is not set up yet, complete Enable API access in CourtReserve and Connect CourtReserve first.
Create the event
Open your club page, then click Manage Club.
Select CourtReserve Events.
Find your event under Unpublished. Events sync from 2 days in the past to 100 days in the future — if you do not see yours, check its date in CourtReserve.
Click + Create Event on GGS.
In the Create GGS Event dialog, set:
Event Type: League, Tournament, or Single Day Event
Type: Doubles
Format: Round Robin (Rotating Partners), or Mixed Gender Rotating Partners for enforced mixed pairings
Click Create Event. For a multi-session CourtReserve event, click Create {number} Single Day Events instead to create one Good Game Sports event per session.
The event moves to Published and is linked to CourtReserve.
[!INFO] Choose League when the event runs across multiple play dates. Leagues schedule one play date at a time, so you generate that week's matches when the week comes around. Tournaments and single day events build the whole schedule in one pass.
Add players
Players keep registering in CourtReserve. Pull them into Good Game Sports from the Players tab:
Go to the Players tab.
Click Sync CR. This button only appears on CourtReserve-linked events.
New registrations do not appear on their own — sync again whenever you want the latest roster. For details, see Sync players into an event.
[!INFO] Mixed Gender Rotating Partners pairs one male and one female each round. Players missing a gender on their profile cannot be paired correctly, so check the roster before you generate matches.
What to check after you create it
Event name, dates, and location are correct.
The event appears under Published on the CourtReserve Events page.
The division format reads Round Robin (Rotating Partners).
Your staff knows registration still happens in CourtReserve.
What to do next

Build the schedule:
Leagues: add your play dates, then generate one date at a time. See Manage rounds and play dates in Rotating Partner Round Robin and Generate matches by play date in a Rotating Partner Round Robin league.
Tournaments and single day events: generate every round at once. See Generate matches for Rotating Partner Round Robin.
