Sync players into an event
Sync players into a linked CourtReserve event to pull in new registrations and refresh player details. Use a manual sync when you want the latest registrations right away.
Player syncing works only for events that were created from a CourtReserve event in Good Game Sports.
Sync players
Open your event from the Events list.
Click Host Dashboard.
Open the Players tab.
Click the refresh icon to sync from CourtReserve.
A manual sync adds new registrants and updates existing players. It does not remove canceled players automatically.
CourtReserve registrations do not map cleanly to divisions. If your event uses multiple divisions, review player placements after each sync.
If the player list looks wrong
Run another manual sync from the Players tab.
Check whether the event was created from a CourtReserve event.
Review player status and division placement after the refresh.
What to do next
After syncing players, make sure the right staff can manage the event in Manage club admins. If your club also uploads ratings, complete DUPR.
