Set up your club page
We create your club page for you — clubs cannot be added from inside the app. Once your page exists, a club admin finishes the setup: contact details, a cover image, admin access, payouts, and your first event.
Your club name, address, city, and state are set when we create the page. Ask us to change any of them.
Add your contact details
Email, phone, and website appear on your public club page, so players can reach you without going through an event. You need club admin access to edit them.
Open your club page.
Find the Club Information card and click Edit.
Fill in Email, Phone, and Website.
Click Save.
Add your cover image
The wide banner across the top of your club page is the one image players see before they read anything else. Club admins change it with Edit Cover on the banner. For the shape it crops to and the file types we accept, see Club and event image sizes.
Give your staff access
Club admins can create events, edit club information, and run the host tools. Add them before your first event so you are not the only person who can fix something on match night — see Manage club admins.
Connect Stripe before you charge for anything
Registration fees, memberships, and court bookings all pay out through your own Stripe account, so connect it before you open a paid event for registration. Follow Connect Stripe.
Create your first event
With the club page set up, you are ready to build an event. Start at Creating an Event in GGS to pick how players register, then work through the step-by-step event creation walkthrough.
If you already run your events in CourtReserve, build the event there and pull it across instead — see Create a GGS event from a CourtReserve event.
