Event visibility: public vs unlisted
Choose event visibility to control who can find and register for your event. Public events appear on the club page. Unlisted events are only visible to club admins unless you share the event link directly.
This setting controls event visibility for the event itself. Club-level visibility is managed separately.
When to use each option
Use a public event when you want players to discover it from the club page and register on their own. Use an unlisted event when registration should stay limited to a shared link or to your staff.
What players see
Public events are visible to anyone browsing the club page. Unlisted events do not show up in the public event list, so players need the direct link to access them.
