Refresh or edit DUPR ratings for event players
Pull current DUPR ratings for everyone in an event with Refresh Ratings on the Host Dashboard's Players tab, or set ratings by hand with Bulk Edit Ratings for players who have no DUPR ID.
Refresh all DUPR ratings at once
This fetches the latest rating for every player who has a DUPR ID on their entry. DUPR only shares a rating for players who have connected their DUPR account to Good Game Sports, so other players keep the rating they have.
On the Host Dashboard, open the Players tab.
Click Refresh Ratings in the toolbar.
Confirm.
When it finishes, you see how many ratings were updated.
Refresh one player's rating
Tap the player's name in the Players list to open Player Information.
Click the refresh icon next to DUPR Rating. It only shows when the player has a DUPR ID.
Both refreshes use the singles or doubles rating to match the division type.
Set ratings by hand
Use this to type in ratings or DUPR IDs for many players at once, for example when players don't have DUPR IDs but you know their approximate level.
On the Players tab, click Bulk Edit Ratings (in the ⋮ menu on a narrow screen).
Edit each player's DUPR ID and DUPR Rating in the list.
Click Save Changes.
Players who have linked their DUPR account show DUPR account linked, rating is managed automatically and can't be edited here.
Add DUPR IDs
When you add a player who already has a Good Game Sports account, their DUPR ID fills in from their profile.
For one player, enter or fix it in DUPR ID on Edit Player.
For many players, use Bulk Edit Ratings, or include a DUPR ID column when you upload players from a spreadsheet.
