Edit team matchups
After you generate the schedule, you can adjust team matchups to handle drops, conflicts, or manual changes. Use these tools when the generated round robin needs a targeted fix.
Only tournament hosts, club admins, and global admins can edit matchups. Captains and players cannot change the schedule.
Replace one team in a match
Go to the Matches tab.
Open the match and click the edit icon.
Select the replacement team.
Confirm the change.
Use this when one team drops out or you need to correct a single matchup.
Swap teams between matches
Use Swap Teams to trade teams between two matches in the same round. This helps when you need to fix a timing or court conflict without rebuilding the full schedule.
Use the manual schedule editor
The manual schedule editor shows every matchup in a round so you can reorganize the full round at once. Use it for larger changes, such as reordering matches or reassigning teams across the round.
If you need to rebuild the schedule instead of editing it by hand, go to Generate team matches.
