Edit team lineups by round
Use the lineup editor to assign players to each line for a specific round. This lets you rotate players between rounds while keeping each matchup aligned with your team format.
Open this from the admin menu: ⋮ → Edit Team Lineups. Captains can also edit their own team lineup when lineup locking is off. See Captain permissions in team events.
Assign players to a round
Open Edit Team Lineups.
Select the round from the round selector.
Open a line card, such as Women’s Doubles or Mixed Doubles 1.
Select the required number of players from the team roster.
Repeat for the remaining lines and teams in that round.
Save the lineup.
What appears on each line card
Line name
Assigned players, or Not set if the line is empty
Players required for that line
How saving works
Saving applies the lineup to the selected round only. You can use different lineups in different rounds.
Who can edit lineups
Admins and hosts: Can always edit lineups.
Team captains: Can edit their own team lineup unless Lock lineup is on.
Players: Cannot edit lineups.
If you want to freeze lineups before play starts, turn on Lock lineup in Configure team scoring.
