Manage MLP sub payments
The Sub payments card on the Host Dashboard's Registration tab shows what your MLP league's team subs will pay, have paid and owe, and lets you charge or waive an owed week. The card appears once a sub has a week to show.
The Registration tab appears only when the event uses GGS registration and isn't a private event, and its contents are shown only to the club owner.
When a sub is charged
A sub is charged once for each play date where they played a scored match or a played playoff line. The charge runs the morning after the play date, from 9:00 AM local time.
One charge per play date, not per match. Several matches on one date are one charge. A league that plays two nights in a week charges a sub who plays both nights twice.
A walkover never charges.
Late scores still charge. A week scored days later is charged once it's scored.
A round with no play date is never charged. After you generate or add rounds, a dialog warns you about rounds without a date. Set dates in Manage Play Dates.
A declined card is retried up to 3 times, at least 20 hours apart. After that the week shows as owed.
Review sub payments
Open the event's Host Dashboard and go to the Registration tab.
On the Sub payments card, check Pending (charges still to come), Collected and Owed. All are before fees.
Tap View all to see every week, grouped by play date, with All, Pending and Owed filters.
The card also says how many charges are coming and from whom, and how many are waiting for scores. Each pending row says whether the sub is in the lineup, waiting for their match to be scored, or has played and will be charged the next morning.
Charge or waive an owed week
In View all, tap Owed.
Tap the ⋮ menu on the week you want to settle.
Choose Charge saved card now or Waive this week.
Charge saved card now appears only for a sub with an account. A sub added by name without an account can't be charged automatically, so their weeks show as owed until you waive them.
A sub who owes for a week can still play in lineups. Removing a sub keeps their played weeks, and anything they owe, in Sub payments.
To add, move or remove subs, see Add and manage team subs in an MLP league.
