Set up a repeating event
Set up repeats while you create the event. For a Single Day Event, turn on This event repeats, pick the weekdays under Repeats On, and choose how many weeks in For How Long: each date becomes its own event, grouped as one series. For a League, pick the weekdays under Plays On: every one of those days between the start and end dates becomes a round. Tournaments don't repeat.
To run an event you've already run, use Import from a previous event at the top of Create Event. It fills the new form from the old event so you only change what's different.
Repeat a single day event
The switch appears only while you are creating a Single Day Event. It isn't offered when you edit an event that already exists.
Start creating the event and set the event type to Single Day Event.
Turn on This event repeats.
Under Repeats On, tap the weekday chips the event runs on.
In For How Long, choose the number of weeks.
Finish creating the event as usual.
You get one event per date, sharing the same setup and grouped as a recurring series rather than scattered across your dashboard.
Set a league's play days
A league is one event with a round on each play date, so it uses Plays On instead of the repeat switch.
Set the event type to League and set the start and end dates.
Under Plays On, tap the weekdays the league plays.
Finish creating the event as usual.
Unlike the repeat switch, Plays On is also in Edit Event. If you adjusted individual play dates after creating the league, changing the days or dates there replaces those adjustments.
Change one date in a series
When you edit a single day event that repeats and has other upcoming dates, we ask how far the change should reach before saving. Tap one option:
Only this event: the other dates keep what they have.
This and following events: this date and every later one in the series.
All upcoming events: every remaining date, wherever this one sits in the run.
Use Only this event for a one-off, such as a holiday start time or a different court. Use one of the others when the change is permanent, such as a new price for the rest of the season. Deleting an event in a series asks the same question.
Run the same event again next season
A finished event can't be reopened, but you don't have to build the next one from scratch.
Open Create Event for your club.
Under Import from a previous event, click Import.
Pick the earlier event. Its name, location, event type, format, pricing, and registration settings fill the form.
Change the dates and anything else that's different, then create the event.
Players aren't copied. Add them with Add players to your event.
