Fix missing players and roster problems in Rotating Partner Round Robin

A league date's first generation uses only players opted in for that date. If fewer than 4 are opted in, it uses everyone you have not sat out instead. Regenerating a date uses each player's group, minus anyone not playing that date.

1. Check the player's opt-in status for that date on the Players tab.

2. Open Admin > Edit Player Groups from that date. If they are under Not playing, drag them into a group.

3. Regenerate the date.

When you regenerate, players with no group assignment get no matches, and we name them in a warning. Assign them to a group in Admin > Edit Player Groups, then regenerate. Withdrawn players and players you sat out for that date are left out on purpose and are not listed.

Syncing from CourtReserve does not take a cancelled player off your schedule. The Players tab shows Removed from CourtReserve, still registered here under their name. To take them off, open their pencil, tap Delete, enter a reason and tap Remove. See Edit player groups and regenerate for what happens to matches already drawn.

A forfeit is saved as a 1–0 win for the other side. It counts as a win and a loss, and adds that single point to each side's point totals. Games typed in before you tapped Forfeit are not kept.
