Score Rotating Partner matches
Score Rotating Partner Round Robin matches from the match card as an admin or scorekeeper, or let players report scores when your event allows it. Standings are per player and update automatically as scores come in.
Enter scores as an admin or scorekeeper
An admin's or scorekeeper's score saves right away and counts in standings. It does not lock the match: admins and scorekeepers can always edit it, and players in the match can still change it.
Tap a match card.
Enter the score for each game.
Use + to add games if needed.
Tap Submit score.
Player score reporting
When players report scores, one side submits first and the other side validates it.
Team 1 submits a score.
Team 2 reviews it.
Team 2 either agrees or proposes a different score.
The match locks after both sides agree.
If Score Validation is turned off in event settings, a player-submitted score is accepted immediately.
Record a forfeit
Use a forfeit when a side cannot play (no-show, injury). The other side gets a 1–0 win, and the match is not submitted to any rating system.
Tap the match card.
Tap Forfeit.
Tap the team that forfeited.
Delete a game
A red delete icon appears on a match card when the game can be removed: a BYE vs BYE game, or a game you added after generation that hasn't been played (even once players are assigned). Tap the icon, then tap Delete to confirm. Generated games with players can't be deleted. See Add an extra game in Rotating Partner Round Robin.
Substitutes and standings
To swap a player in one match, use the pencil icon on that side of the match card. To cover a player across whole dates or rounds, register a substitute from the Players tab.
Whether a substitute's results count is set per division in Event Settings > Substitute Standings (Count substitute results), and you can override it for one substitute with Count their results. Penalize wins stays greyed out in this format because standings are per player. In rotating partner events only the player who has the sub is skipped; their partner and opponents keep full credit. Standings in this format
Standings are per player, not per team, because a partnership only lasts one round. There is one standings table for the whole event, leagues included, so every round a player has played feeds the same running record. See How Standings Are Calculated.
After scores are in
When the division is finished, use Viewing Final Placements to calculate and display results. Each player receives their own placement.
