Score Rotating Partner matches
Score Rotating Partner Round Robin matches from the match card as an admin, or let players report scores when your event allows it. Standings update automatically as scores come in.
Enter scores as an admin
Open the match card, enter each game score, then submit. Admin scores lock immediately.
Tap a match card.
Enter the score for each game.
Use + to add games if needed.
Tap Submit Score.
Admin-submitted scores are locked immediately.
Player score reporting
When players report scores, one side submits first and the other side validates it.
Team 1 submits a score.
Team 2 reviews it.
Team 2 either agrees or proposes a different score.
The match locks after both sides agree.
If Require Score Validation is turned off in event settings, any player-submitted score is accepted immediately.
Record a forfeit
Mark a forfeit from the match card. The non-forfeiting side gets a 1–0 win that counts toward win-loss only.
Tap the match card.
Select Mark Forfeit.
Choose the team that forfeited.
The other team receives a 1–0 win. Forfeit matches affect win-loss record but not point-based standings stats. See How Standings Are Calculated.
Delete a match
You can delete only matches that have not started.
Tap the match card.
Select Delete Match.
Confirm.
Make a substitution
Substitutions in Rotating Partner events are player-level and apply to that match only, because partners change each round.
Tap the match card.
Use the pencil icon on the side you need to change.
Select the replacement player.
The substitute applies to that match only. To cover a player across whole dates or rounds instead, register a substitute from the Players tab — see Substitutes and player swaps in Rotating Partner Round Robin.
How substitutes affect standings
In rotating partner leagues, only the individual player who has the sub is skipped in standings. Their partner and opponents in those rounds still get full credit for wins, losses, and points.
This applies when the Win Does Not Count toggle is enabled on that player's substitute. For the full standings rules, see How Standings Are Calculated.
Standings in this format
Standings are per player, not per team, because the partnership only exists for the round it was created in. There is one standings table for the whole event — leagues included — so every round a player has played feeds the same running record.
After scores are in
Standings recalculate automatically as matches are scored. When the division is finished, use Viewing Final Placements to calculate and display results. Each player receives their own placement based on their individual standing.
