Hide or show lineups for team events
Control whether players can see lineups before matchups are played. You can hide all lineups for the event or hide specific rounds, useful when you want to publish schedules without revealing which players are assigned to each line.
Open this from the admin menu: ⋮ → Show Lineups. This is separate from editing lineups—visibility controls what players see, not who is assigned.
Hide or show all lineups
The dialog includes bulk actions to change visibility for every round at once:
Hide All: Players cannot see any lineups until you show them.
Show All: Players can see all lineups for every round.
Hide or show lineups by round
For round robin team events, you can control visibility for individual rounds. This lets you show lineups for earlier rounds while keeping later rounds hidden.
Open Show Lineups from the admin menu.
Each round appears with its own visibility toggle.
Set rounds to Hidden or Visible as needed.
Save your changes.
Use this when you publish a full schedule but want to reveal lineups progressively—such as showing the first round the night before and later rounds the morning of play.
What players see
Lineups visible: Players see the assigned players for each line in their matchups.
Lineups hidden: Players see matchup times and courts but not who is playing each line.
Difference from editing lineups
Edit team lineups by round changes which players are assigned to each line.
Show Lineups only controls whether players can see those assignments.
The lineup itself stays the same—you are only toggling its visibility to players.
After you set visibility, players will see the right level of detail when they check their schedules. For help setting up lineups before you manage visibility, see Configure team lineups.
