Managing the match queue in bracket formats
The match queue shows upcoming matches that are ready to be assigned to courts. Use it from the host view to manage match flow across the event.
The queue is available only for Double Elimination, Pool Play to Single Elimination, and MLP. Before you can add matches to the queue, generate matches in the individual divisions first and configure courts in the host view.
Host view vs regular division view
The regular view is per division. You choose a division and see that division’s bracket or rounds.
The host view is cross-division. It groups matches from the whole event by status, so you do not need to switch between divisions to see what needs attention.
Before you start
Use a supported event format: Double Elimination, Pool Play to Single Elimination, or MLP.
Generate matches in the individual divisions.
From the division dropdown, open the host view.
Open court configuration and add the courts you want to use.
If you have not set up courts yet, see Court management in bracket formats.
Host admin tabs
Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
Live Matches | Matches in progress across the event. |
Queue | Upcoming matches that are ready to be assigned to courts. This is where you manage event flow, see which matches are ready, check which courts are available or occupied, assign matches to courts, and open court configuration to add or remove courts as needed. |
Completed | Finished matches across all divisions, with search to find specific results. |
Use the queue
Open the host view from the division dropdown.
Go to Queue.
When a division begins, tap Generate Queue to add that division’s matches that are ready to play.
Assign each queued match to a court.
As more results come in, generate more matches only when the next division is ready to begin.
A match can enter the queue only when both teams are available and the previous round is complete.
Completed matches
Use Completed to find past scores, verify results, or review a match if there is a dispute.
To assign courts after queueing matches, see Court management in bracket formats. To enter results, see Scoring bracket matches. If you need to correct a matchup or result, see Editing bracket matches.
