Something in the division blocks the upload — most often players with no DUPR ID anywhere, or a division where no player has one at all. The dialog names the division and the problem. Fix the data on the Players tab and run the upload again; there is no way to push past this one.
Upload scores to DUPR for an event
Use this to send match results from one event to DUPR after play is complete. You pick the divisions and the scoring type, preview the matches, then upload.
Two connections have to be in place first: your club needs a saved DUPR Club ID, as in Connecting DUPR Club, and you need your own DUPR account linked. If yours is not linked yet, the tool stops with DUPR Connection Required and offers Connect DUPR — finish that sign-in and the upload continues where it left off.
Only upload results after scores are final. If you still need to review standings or placements first, see How Standings Are Calculated and Viewing Final Placements.
Open the DUPR upload tool
The tool lives with the event's other host actions, not in club settings.
Open the event you want to upload.
Click Host Dashboard.
Open the settings view.
Under Event Management, click Upload DUPR Scores.
It sits alongside Edit Event, Manage Event Hosts, and Event Settings.
Choose divisions and scoring
The DUPR Upload Settings dialog opens. An event with a single division skips the division list and uses that one.
If the event has more than one division, check the divisions to include.
Choose Sideout Scoring (Default) — a point only on your own serve — or Rally Scoring, a point on every rally.
Click Preview.
Preview lists the matches we are about to send and lets you uncheck any of them, including holding back every substitute's match at once. That step is covered in Choose which matches upload to DUPR. Confirm there to run the upload.
After the upload
Each division reports back on its own. Upload Complete means everything selected went through, and the dialog gives the number of matches uploaded. Upload Warnings means the division uploaded but some matches were skipped; expand the details to see which ones and why.
Matches that reached DUPR are recorded as uploaded and are never sent twice, so you can safely run the upload again later for the rest.
If a division will not upload
"Validation Errors"
"Duplicate IDs Found"
Two or more players in the division are saved with the same DUPR ID, which would credit the wrong person. Correct the IDs on the Players tab. If you know the results are right and want to send them anyway, use Upload Anyway — that division re-runs with the duplicate check bypassed.
"No divisions found for this tournament"
The event has no divisions to upload. Add a division to the event first.
"Please select at least one division"
Check at least one division in the dialog before clicking Preview.
