Choose which matches upload to DUPR
Every DUPR upload starts with a preview that lists the matches we are about to send, so you can hold back the ones that should not count — a substitute's night, a round played for fun, a division that is not rated. The preview also lists the matches we cannot upload at all, and why.
Your club needs a DUPR Club ID first, as in Connecting DUPR Club.
Preview the upload
Do this after scores are final, from the event you want to report.
Open the event and click Host Dashboard.
Open the settings view and click Upload DUPR Scores.
Select the divisions to include.
Choose Sideout Scoring (Default) or Rally Scoring.
Click Preview.
The Choose matches to upload list opens with every eligible match already checked.
Pick the matches
Uncheck anything you do not want reported. The count at the top follows your selection, and the button reads Upload all or Upload with the number you kept.
One round at a time: use the round chips to filter, then Select shown or Clear shown to flip everything in that filter at once.
Every substitute match at once: turn on Skip substitute matches. It holds back subs across all rounds, not just the ones you can see.
Individual matches: uncheck the row. Matches involving a substitute are labelled so you can spot them.
Unchecked matches are simply left out of this upload. You can send them later by running the upload again.
How substitutes are reported
A match a substitute played reports under the substitute's DUPR ID, never under the registered player who sat out. That is why the sub's ID matters: without it, DUPR has no one to credit.
Set it on the Players tab, in the same dialog where you assign the sub, under Sub DUPR ID (optional). Leave it blank and every match that sub plays is excluded from DUPR — which is the simplest way to keep casual fill-ins out of your players' ratings for good. Leaving the sub's DUPR ID blank keeps those matches out of every future upload. The Skip substitute matches switch only applies to the upload you are running now.
Matches we cannot upload
Below the list, the preview names the matches that will not go to DUPR whatever you select. Two headings separate them: Substitutes with no DUPR ID: can't upload, and Won't upload with a reason on each row.

This is usually the answer when only some of a night's games reach DUPR: the rest were on this list.
Uploading a second time
A match that reached DUPR is recorded as uploaded and is never sent again, so a second run only picks up what you held back or corrected since. Nothing is double-reported.
