Upload scores to VAIR for an event
Use this when an event uses VAIR ratings and you need to send completed results to VAIR from the Host Dashboard.
Before you start, make sure VAIR is connected for your club and your players or divisions are set up with valid VAIR IDs where required. If you need setup details, see VAIR and Setting rating requirements per division.
Upload scores to VAIR
Open the event.
Go to the Host Dashboard.
Open the event settings.
Click Upload VAIR Scores.
If the event has multiple divisions, select the divisions you want to upload. You can use Select All if needed.
Click Upload.
The upload window shows Uploading to VAIR... while the results are being sent.
If the upload does not go through
VAIR uploads can fail if player VAIR IDs are missing, not numeric, or not found in VAIR. Update the player data or division setup, then try again.
If the system warns you about duplicate VAIR IDs, review the affected players before continuing. If you have confirmed the data is correct, you can use Upload Anyway.
