Public vs unlisted events
Use event visibility to control who can find and view an event on your club page. Public events are viewable by anyone on the app. Unlisted events are hidden from the public event list and are only visible to club admins.
Set up your club admins first so the right people can manage unlisted events and event setup.
When to use each setting
Use public for events you want players to browse and join from your club page.
Use unlisted for test events or events you want to share directly with specific people.
How discovery works
Public events appear in the main Events view on your club page. Unlisted events do not appear there. Club admins can view them in the admin-only Unlisted Events or Unlisted tab, depending on the device.
How sharing works
Share public events by pointing players to your club page or event link. Unlisted events can be viewed directly with the event link. Use the unlisted option when you do not want the event to show up for everyone who visits the club page.
