Collect T-shirt sizes and emergency contacts at registration
You can ask players for a T-shirt size and an emergency contact while they register. Switch each one on per event under Collect at registration in the event's Pricing section. Both are off until you tick them. They're available only on events that use GGS Registration, and not on Moneyball events.
You need to be a host or club admin for the event. On an existing event, go to Host Dashboard > Settings > Edit Event > Event Details, then open Pricing. On a new event, the same options are in the Pricing section of the create form.
Collect T-shirt sizes
With this on, every player must pick a size to register, until the size deadline passes.
Tick Collect T-Shirt Size at Registration.
Under Fit, choose the fits you order: Unisex (selected by default), Women's, Men's or Youth.
Under Sizes, tick the sizes you offer, from XS to 3XL. The default list is XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL.
Optionally, set T-Shirt Size Deadline (optional).
Save the event.
Players choose from the sizes in the order shown under Sizes offered. Type into Add a size to offer something the ticks don't cover, such as "Youth M". Each size can be up to 20 characters, and an event can offer up to 30. Reset to default goes back to the standard list.
If you hand-edit the list, changing a fit or size tick afterwards rebuilds the list and replaces your edits.
Set a size deadline
Use the deadline when you must place your shirt order before registration closes. After that date, players can still register, but the size field is turned off and no longer required. Leave it empty to collect sizes for the whole registration period.
Where sizes show up
On each player's details in the Host Dashboard Players tab.
In the T-Shirt Size column of your player export, which is included by default. See Export your player list to a spreadsheet.
When one player registers a pair, they pick a size for their partner too.
Collect emergency contacts
With this on, every player registering for the event must give an emergency contact name and phone number.
Tick Collect Emergency Contact at Registration.
Save the event.
Once a player has given an emergency contact, it's filled in for them the next time they register for an event that asks for one. When someone else registers a partner who hasn't given a contact yet, the partner gets an email with a link to add it.
The contact appears under Emergency Contact on the player's details in the Players tab.
Players who registered before you turned it on
Both settings apply only to registrations made after you save. Players already registered have no size or emergency contact on file, so collect those separately.
